Robert Half is currently working with a manufacturing client seeking a Supply Chain Professional / Purchaser in Hendersonville, NC. This individual will perform the duties of Supply Chain and Procurement. The company provides a positive team-focused work environment and is positioned for significant growth over the next several years. Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and publish daily/weekly production plans to meet customer demand and safety stock requirements.
- Execution Monitoring: Monitor the execution of production plans, promptly addressing potential issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory performance and accuracy, actively managing the cycle counting process.
- On-Time-Shipping: Measure on-time-shipping status and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Safety Stock Strategies: Develop and implement safety stock strategies, actively monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Supply Review: Lead weekly Supply Review meetings with Customer Care and Operations teams.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- 1 – 5 years of manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
