The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Supply Chain processes within the oil and gas sector, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. This position will oversee the entire Supply Chain lifecycle, from procurement to delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and strategically optimize end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment
- Utilize engineering knowledge to evaluate technical specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements for materials and equipment in the oil and gas industry
- Identify potential Supply Chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity of operations with minimal impact on project timelines
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies without compromising on quality standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as project managers, engineers, and operations staff, to align Supply Chain activities with project goals and requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor industry trends, and implement best practices to enhance Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management role within oil and gas industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and technical aspects of oil and gas materials and equipment
- Proven ability in negotiation and vendor management
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products, including, but not limited to Office, Windows, and Teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
