Associated Wholesale Grocers is excited to announce we are officially accepting applications for the 2024 Summer Internship! In 2023 we hosted 26 interns across numerous departments including our divisions!
Supply Chain Management Internship:
As an intern, you'll gain direct experience with all aspects of Supply Chain Management. You'll be assigned to cross-functional teams to understand and address business and customer needs while developing key skills in team interactions, problem solving and communications.
You'll also have the opportunity to network with other interns, AWG leadership, our employees and our Member Retailers.
Pay: $21/hr
Start Date: May 28, 2024
End Date: August 2, 2024

What to expect:
- Mid-Year Group Project collaborating with other interns.
- Individual department specific project that is presented to leadership at the end.

- 1 or 2 night stay in Kansas City at the end of the program.

What we are looking for:
- Junior or Senior Students.
- Supply Chain Management or related degree.
- Solid communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to learn with hands-on experience.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 40 hour per week, 10 week internship, with the possibility to work overtime as needed. Including regular and reliable attendance through the entirety of the program.
