How You Will Make an Impact
As the Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our Best in Class Customer Service model, providing unparalleled support to our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing data, developing cutting-edge reports, and troubleshooting issues like a pro.
You'll also play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, liaising with suppliers and vendors, and even assisting with accounts payable/receivables management. In short, you'll be a true jack-of-all-trades, bringing your exceptional skills and talents to bear on every aspect of our Supply Chain operations.
This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as first-line representatives responsible for handling inbound/outbound call inquiries, assist customers via phone, email and fax with inquiries including, but not limited to: Entering in PO's, Schedule Forecasting, Pricing discrepancies, billing and/or generating invoices, and constant contact with customers on scheduling issues
• Process customer requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Foster the growth of a strong customer base through creating positive interactions and building strong relationships
• Create processes and methods to gather and validate Supply Chain Data
• Perform data analysis in excel and support management in determining and reporting of KPIs
• Generate reports and provide high-quality data sets, including creation, updates, and deletion
• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
• Confirms delivery dates, tracks ETA, and follows up on delivery status and changes
• Develops workflows and tools that automate data loading processes and help ensure data quality and integrity
• Validates and maintains all incoming and outgoing shipments and documentation
• Determine correct account linkages to ensure accurate order processing and reporting
• Serve as a liaison between Customers, Sales, Accounting, Vendors, and our Plants to ensure satisfaction and efficiency across all parties
• Onboard, develop, and maintains good relationships with vendors/supplier to keep the competitive advantage
• Create, maintain, and measure compliance of operation rules and process flows for vendors
• Manages on-going vendors PO partners relationships
• Develop supplier score cards and hold them accountable
• Initiate Purchase orders, ensure prompt receipt, ensure accuracy
• Process A/P invoices weekly scanning, entry, matching of invoices & validating approvals
• Generates and validates all 3rd party Supply Chain Vendors and Suppliers Invoices
• Collects and reports monthly Accruals associated with Supply Chain
• Supports audit requests associated with internal and external audits
• Maintains and gathers files and documentation thoroughly and accurately needed to support Invoice generation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Data Management, or related with 2 years industry experience and technical aptitude
• Availability to work an on-call rotation every 2 weeks (days, evenings at home, nights at home, and weekends)
• Advance Excel knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
