Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist (OHC | Oral Health Care)
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support Purchasing Controls and Supplier Quality processes, procedures, and systems in compliance with applicable regulations.
Support Purchasing Controls requirements to supplier's classification of supplier and risk categorization.
Participate in supplier selection process and documented evidence of evaluation records this includes supporting the closure of regulatory compliance gaps at suppliers and supplier nonconformances.
You are responsible for
Leading and collaborating with CAPAs
Management of projects associated with identified gaps in supplier qualification records
Leading supplier audits
Collaborating with Supplier Quality Engineering, R&D, Operations and Procurement personnel to resolve compliance issues associated with supplier file qualifications
Remediating regulatory compliance gaps with supplier's qualification evidences
Communicates with internal stakeholders and suppliers relative to identify gaps and actions to remediate
Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and procedures for regulated products/processes.
You are part of
the Supplier Quality Assurance team consisting of Supplier Quality staff working for the businesses - Oral Health Care reporting to SQA Manager OHC. You will work in project teams with co-ordination with procurement engineering, Supplier Quality engineering, PQMS, suppliers and other Q&R members across Philips.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Science and or Engineering discipline, or equivalent
3-5 years+ of total experience with Supplier Quality principles with 3+ years of related experience in a medical device/ regulated industry
Software supplier qualification experience
Certification with a recognized accreditation body (i.e. RAB- QSA/ IRCA) or successful completion of ASQ certification as a certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified biomedical auditor or successful completion of a recognized Lead Auditor Course
