JOB SUMMARY
The Supplier Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing strategies to improve supply chain performance with our brand partners. Utilizing supply chain data metrics they will support brand partners on key initiatives. This position reports to the Supplier Operations Manager.
PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplier Operations Analyst will perform the following essential functions...

• Provides guidance and support to our brand partners to improve supply chain performance.
• Effectively communicates the process and procedures of the Supply Chain Guide to our brand partners.
• Manages the Supplier Operations email in-box and responds to all questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Supports the functional requirements of business process including: documenting internal processes; reviewing and implementing changes in best practices; identify opportunities to streamline current process and remove waste.
• Assists the Supplier Operations Manager to help identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Helps identify the root cause for receiving issues. Assists the Senior Supplier Operations Analyst in resolving issues.
• Provides support to cross functional teams.
• Supports the new brand partner on-boarding process.
• Maintains and supports a positive and collaborative relationship with internal and external partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of similar work experience, preferably within retail industry or supply chain
• BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and communication skills
• Detailed oriented; able to multi-task and prioritize; motivated self-starter
• Ability to build relationships at various levels
• Job/Office location will be in Bolingbrook, IL
• Typical office environment - 90%
• Travel - 10% (Stores, Meetings, DCs, Conferences, Training)
• Ability to walk and stand while observing for extended periods
