The Minority Business Development Division within the Ohio Department of Development is presently hiring for a Supplier Compliance Administrator
As Supplier Compliance Administrator, you will have the opportunity to support the growth and sustainability of minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses in Ohio. You will work closely with procurement officers at State agencies, boards and commissions and assist to increase supplier development within Ohio procurement.

Qualifications
1. Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, or a related field
2. Previous supplier development experience.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include experience preparing and distributing correspondence and/or reports.
4. Expertise in MS Excel. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and knowledge of CRM products.
5. Experience in use of Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) helpful.

- Monitors State agency spending to Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Encouraging Diversity Growth and Equity (EDGE), Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Veteran-Friendly Business Enterprise certified companies.
- Compiles State spending information and apprises leadership.
- Works to ensure MBE and EDGE spending goals are met.
- Identifies non-compliance situations and makes policy recommendations on remedial actions.
- Identifies opportunities to coordinate with strategic partners.
- Assists in making policy decisions.
