You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:

- Proactive engagement with media and advising senior leadership on media response strategies;
- Analyze media engagement strategies and interpret feedback to determine approaches to best educate and inform;
- Working on communication plans and strategies establishing scope, objectives, deadlines, and contingency plans meeting approval channels and procedures; and
- Developing news releases, messages, and talking points working with stakeholders.
