Job description

About the Position: This position will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst (TCM) with the Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center (AMTC), Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The incumbent will serve as the Army Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) Functional Manager (TCM-FM) with responsibility for planning, directing, and managing the Army's TCM program. Qualifications:

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes the following: Perform duties as an instructor and/or facilitator of the Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) program; Demonstrate all required currency requirements for Target Mensuration Only (TMO) and Target Material Production (TMP), based on validated tools and processes; Demonstrated experience with joint targeting, fires, and effects with experience in producing target materials: Basic target development, Intermediate target development, Use of Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) through the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) and National Production Workshop (NPW); Mensurate, or derive a three-dimensional geocoordinate, from monoscopic and stereoscopic imagery; and Perform duties as a senior analyst, lead or supervisor of a TCM program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).Education: Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
