THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a Supervisory Distribution Facilities Specialist, Position Description Number PDD2652000 and is part of the WY Training Center Command, Wyoming Army National Guard.

AREAS OF CONSIDERATION:
Primary consideration will be made from Areas 1, 2 and 4. If referrals are not made from the target category, subsequent referrals may next be made from Area 6 (if eligible).
Area 1: All permanent and indefinite Wyoming National Guard (NG) WY ARNG employees assigned to the Training Center Command.
Area 2: All permanent and indefinite Wyoming National Guard (NG) T32 Dual Status technicians employed within the Wyoming Army National Guard.
Area 4: All current M-day soldiers of the Wyoming Army National Guard.
Area 6: Current military members of the US Army, Army Reserves, or other states' Army National Guard units. Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Army National Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Work involves technical or managerial work concerned with receiving, handling, storing, maintaining while in storage, issuing, or physically controlling items within a distribution system.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
Must possess experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must possess experience, education, or training planning layouts of storage. Experience compiling, analyzing and using data concerning storage space allocation, equipment uses, maintenance and personnel use. Experience conducting and completing projects and studies related to distribution and storage operations. Experience conducting surveys and providing technical assistance in determining the use of storage areas and the allocation of storage space.
NOTE: Minimum Requirement and Specialized Experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. Applicants must provide from (e.g., 02/2015 - 03/2017 or Feb 2017 - Mar 2017) dates and hours worked per week with description of your specialized experience on the resume.
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidates will be required to be in a compatible military grade and assignment prior to the effective date of placement.

Education at the graduate level in an accredited college or university of 3 full years meets the requirements for position at GS-10.
