We are currently looking for a Supervisory Analyst.
The Supervisory Analyst will review, edit and approve a high volume of Research content under regular deadline pressure. Ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of regulations surrounding research report publication and be able to multitask and prioritize among different projects. This is a remote position. Available shift is afternoon/evening Sunday to Thursday (preferably 4:00PM ET to Midnight ET).
Responsibilities / Qualifications:
- Edit, review and approve research materials to ensure compliance with FINRA and firm guidelines including clearing of monitored list items
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively; strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment
- Review and approve analyst public appearances
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years minimum Supervisory Analyst experience
- Series 16 required. Series 7, 63, 86, 87, 24 a plus
- Familiarity with BlueMatrix a plus
