Supervisor Of Maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum high school diploma or GED required, supplemented with technical school training, licenses, certifications, college level coursework, or equivalent work experience. Seeking a candidate with the ability to operate a variety of machinery and equipment, including computers, copiers, farm equipment, trades equipment, heavy equipment, and various hand tools for the purpose of maintaining and improving facilities. Candidate must demonstrate professional leadership and personal characteristics necessary for working and communicating effectively with school personnel, parents, administration, and the community. Must have the skills to effectively lead, organize and direct the work of others. Must possess the ability to successfully administer a budget. Candidate must possess computer skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, laws, and regulations. Candidate should have the ability to write reports, to compose correspondence, and to develop written policy and procedures.
