Your Skills
  1. Facilitate the relocation process and perform all coordination duties pertaining to domestic and international relocation including assisting the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, such as the sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods.

 

  1. Manage the expatriate/inpatriate programs for the US operations, including all visa requirements/applications, other legal requirements, balance sheet review, coordination with the Group Mobility Department on all assignments, overseeing all tax-related requirements, and serving as the main point of contact for all inbound and outbound assignees.

 

  1. Develop communication materials associated with the global Mobility and relocation programs to help educate the HR team on the process.

 

  1.  Serve as one of the key consultants to the businesses and internal HR business partners in all aspects of the global Mobility and relocation programs.

 

  1. Manage and promote our rewards and recognition strategy.

 

  1. Manage the company's corporate immigration requirements, work with our immigration vendors, and provide support for visas and /or work permits for global expats and international rotators.

 

  1. Provide oversight and responsibility to international assignment standards, tax equalization, Global Employment, and international compensation packages.

 

  1. Ensure compliance with Tax, social security and immigration matters associated with international assignment processes.

 

  1. Manage and track costs associated with Global mobility. Continuously measure employee experience and satisfaction against KPIs with our mobility program and report periodically

 

     
    Your Experience

    Basic Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the administration of global Mobility and relocation programs.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience working in expatriate compensation programs.
    • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent technical skills (EXCEL, HRMS, etc.).
    • Excellent customer service skills

     

    Additional Qualifications

     

    • Experience in a multi-national organization preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation skills.
    • Strong detail orientation and project management skills including demonstrated success leading process improvement and cost savings/management initiatives.
    • Experience managing vendor relationships.
    • Strong strategic planning and market data analysis experience.
