Summary:
Supervises the daily operations of Materials Management, assigning, monitoring, training and evaluating staff, resolving issues, overseeing vendors, and assisting the Director as needed. Fills Materials Management staff roles as needed to support operations.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Preferred: Associates degree
Experience:
Required: 4 years Materials Management experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
Skills:
Operational and people management skills that result in patient satisfaction, on-going quality improvement and employee and physician engagement of a diverse population; Ability to plan and implement policy, procedures and services; Ability to manage and improve workflow in a high volume environment.
Licenses/Certifications:
