Waypoint's HFA Program is experiencing growth. As the Program Supervisor your role will involve supporting the operations of the Family Resources Center and the Healthy Families America program in Manchester, NH. HFA is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program that provides home visits to pregnant and parenting mothers/caregivers who have experienced or are at risk for adverse childhood experiences. As the HFA Supervisor, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the HFA program, providing reflective, clinical, and administrative supervision, as well as guidance to the HFA staff. Your additional duties will include increasing referrals, engaging families in services, and collaborating with community partners.

Position Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant direct service community based experience working with young children and culturally diverse families
  • Minimum of two years experience providing supervision of direct care staff
  • Knowledge of relevant areas of practice including but not limited to infant-toddler development, parent-child attachment, family-center and strengths-based services, maternal-infant mental health and the dynamics of child abuse and neglect
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, staff and other professional partners both in person and in writing
  • Ability to multi task, problem solve and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the community
