Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience on eCommerce Media and/or Google Search
- 1 year of eCommerce experience strongly preferred
- Client facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Management & Entrepreneurship)
- Experience managing and mentoring at least one team member, providing thought leadership to junior team members
- Must be comfortable analyzing and presenting data - experience effectively using Excel & PowePoint required
- Collaborative nature and experience with media owners, agency business units, and creative agency partners
- Comfort level with data, analytics and measurement, and various data sources and methodologies
- Thorough knowledge of the principles of marketing/advertising, understanding of media concepts and creative requirements
- CPG experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
This role is a key driver accelerating our clients’ leadership in the eCommerce space. The role will help demonstrate thought leadership by creating and leading the strategies that lead to retail success in e-commerce.
Strategy
- Develop recommendations based on media and marketing objectives, referencing historical data to develop spend and performance projections
- Ensure strategy and approach is integrated with other media
- Evaluate new ad and targeting products to advance eCommerce Search and Shopper media programs
Execution Management
- Oversee implementation of eCommerce Search and Shopper media programs media plans
- Check for accuracy, timeliness and quality of launches, optimizations, and tests
- Monitor overall budget pacing and progress towards KPIs
- Coordinate with team members to prioritize planned and ad hoc deliverables
- Lead status calls with partners and client teams
- Key contact for clients, ensuring prompt and clear responses to client questions and requests
- Build, or assist in crafting, POVs on technologies, platforms, best practices, and creative opportunities
- Help refine internal processes to improve workflow and train new team members
- Lead billing process
Reporting & Insights
- Provide clear and concise highlights and actionable insights
- Uncover new targeting/bidding opportunities to buy more efficiently and better understand the outcomes we drive for clients
