Husband and wife, therapist-owned practice looking for ROCKSTAR occupational therapists that are interested in working in patient's homes to complete initial evaluations and reassessments for the treating therapist.

Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy License in NY (active physical therapist)
- Compassionate and comfortable working with children
- Comfortable completing evaluations/reassessments for treating therapist in person and/or via telehealth (training on both is provided)
- Comfortable with communicating with treating therapist for eval/reassessment schedule
Additional Information
- We work in pediatrics via OPWDD program through the child’s Medicaid plan
- Occupational Therapist can choose to accept patients on a case-by-case basis
- Occupational Therapist can stagger evaluations and reassessments to best accommodate their schedule, details on this are provided
- Training and support are provided to you to better help you navigate the job requirements and home health

- Good communication between the front desk and therapists is very important. We use text/email for most communication
- Eagerness to progress your patients to their highest potential level and help us debunk the myth that homecare therapy is poor and lacks skill :)
