Job Description
Our Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for someone with leadership and supervisory experience to train and oversee the firm's Assistant Case Managers with regard to their core tasks. Their core tasks are: (1) Sending Letters of Representation to the Insurance Companies; (2) Sending out SR-1 and SR-19 forms; (3) obtaining and uploading insurance declaration pages; (4) ) Opening up subrogation claims with health insurance companies and obtaining final liensUploading data into the firm's CRM software (Filevine); and (5) uploading and maintaining important data in the firm's CRM software (Filevine).
All applicants will need to have the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in Personal Injury Law and familiarity and experience with the core tasks listed above
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to quickly assess capabilities of applicants and employees
- Positive attitude and abilityt to quickly problem solve
Job requirements will be:
- Hiring and training new applicants
- Monitoring department work flow and addressing all inefficiencies
- Carefully analyzing all key point indicators to ensure all core tasks and properly being completed
- Ability to develop and improve employees' performance
- Weekly meetings with department heads to assess department performance
- Ensuring all departmental key point indicators and quotas are being met.
