Privately-owned, award-winning Southwest Florida Luxury Homebuilder is in need of a Superintendent experienced in the High-End Custom Home market—both new ($8+Mil) AND/OR massive renovation projects. Firm is focused on quality, building collaborative relationships, and providing outstanding client service. Preferred Builder for SW Florida’s most prestigious communities such as Aqua Lane Shores, Miromar Lakes, Pelican Bay, Grey Oaks, and The Moorings. Company is 35 employees strong with the bulk of tenure being 10-20 yrs! Known as a fabulous place to work - family-feel, fun, dedicated team driven to succeed. Salary: $120-150k + bonus ($10k-$20k) + $500/mo, truck + phone allowance.
