What you will do.
As a full-time Fire Sprinkler Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for a team of Fire Sprinkler installers who install Fire Sprinkler systems in commercial, retail, educational, healthcare, and industrial jobs throughout our service area. In this role we are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, reliable, and team-oriented individual to lead and coordinate all new install projects.

Upon offer of employment, a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle report, and background check will be conducted. Random drug screens will be conducted during employment.
Job duties could include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Have 5+ years of Fire Sprinkler industry experience
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities related to the Fire Sprinkler Construction department
- Work together with designers, other supervisors, and office team to complete job duties
- Ensure direct reports have entered their time and turned in required safety paperwork daily
- Efficient in both verbal and email communication
- Familiar with the use of computer software (word, excel, outlook, time keeping, etc.)
- Be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 50lbs unassisted
- Perform installation tasks, advanced trouble shooting, and problem solving
- Responsible for training, planning, scheduling, supervising, and counseling direct reports
- Inspect projects for quality installation and timely completion
- Evaluate and identify high/low performing employees, providing guidance as needed
- Operate aerial lifts, forklifts, and company vehicles safely
- Stand, walk, kneel, and work overhead
- Perform all job duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Pre-employment and random drug tests
- Submit to a pre-employment background check
- Have a clean MVR
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 5 years of Fire Sprinkler installation experience
- OSHA 30
- A valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
