Job Description
Dover Home Remodelers is actively seeking a full time Superintendent to add to our established production department. Dover Home Remodelers is a full service home remodeling company on the West Side of Cleveland and has been in business for 39 years. Our focus is on quality, professionalism and customer service. Dover is a small family owned company with an emphasis on a team culture.
This person must have the knowledge and experience to engage professionally with our design team, field staff, subcontractors, vendors and clients. This person must also have a full working knowledge of residential construction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing projects with the design team and field staff
Pre-construction meetings with the design team and home owner
Punch list meetings with clients
Coordinating jobs with subcontractors, vendors and our production department
Daily visits and phone calls with clients
Scheduling
Ordering
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
This is a full time salary position with a full benefit package available.
