Who Are We Looking For?

The Superfeet Sales Team seeks a dynamic Inside Sales Representative aligned with our core values. We seek an innovative, self-motivated professional with a keen business sense for their assigned territory. This individual should have exceptional skills in remote relationship-building, be a proactive team player, and thrive in both independent and collaborative settings. Their organizational skills, preparedness, and responsiveness should be unmatched.

As the Superfeet Inside Sales Representative, you'll be our ambassador, providing essential Inside Sales and service coverage to diverse insole markets. Your expertise will span sports dealers (run specialty, outdoor, hockey, soccer, ski), brown shoe, comfort, orthopedic footwear retail stores, and industrial footwear dealers. Your contributions will directly impact business growth and development. This role involves engaging in sales and business development across various segments, including sports and non-sport dealers, department stores, comfort shoes, and industrial accounts. You will also be responsible for upholding brand performance at select National or Multi-Region Accounts within your territory.

What You’ll Do:

  • Live and breathe company Core Values when conducting business and developing relationships, always striving to “do the right thing.”
  • Develop and grow your accounts by building and improving current business relationships remotely.
  • Contribute to corporate growth plans by making proactive strides to grow the business within existing accounts.
  • Use your creativity and innovation to build brand awareness of Superfeet.
  • Reach territory growth goals in sales and profitability.
  • Remotely educate and excite retail associates on the technical aspects of the product line and how to sell the Superfeet product. This includes conducting remote clinics and finding other creative ways to utilize Superfeet business drivers.
  • Must be comfortable on camera, as most training will be a live video or recorded video.
  • Consult with and advise retailers on merchandising strategy to generate greater sell-through.
  • Schedule regular account touchpoints to maintain brand awareness, improve relationships, understand the current marketplace, analyze needs, and grow sales.
  • Maintain a consistent understanding and knowledge of corporate, regional, personal, and team sales goals.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Needed:

  • Positive, customer-centric, service-oriented, and team-focused attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
  • Proficiency in math and sales analytics.
  • Ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports for all levels of staff.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to travel to business-related events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field, preferred.
  • 1+ years’ sales experience
    • Sales experience in retail or wholesale is seen as a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.
  • Experience with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Experience in any one of the following areas a plus:
    • Sporting Goods or Specialty run
    • The footwear industry
    • Foot biomechanics
    • Fitness/wellness/athletics
    • Sporting marketing or management

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.03/hour plus 5% commissions.
