General Summary of Job Duties
Friendly to guest and assisting food servers as needed with beverages. Responsible for cleaning and setting tables with silverware set up. Also removing dishes, glassware and silverware from the tables. Continuously taking dishes back to the dish room, clean and stock soiled dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins. Properly fill ice machine, sanitation buckets, cleaning of side stations, sweeping and mopping. Must work well with others, be able to stand, bend lift and walk the duration of shift. At least (6) months of previous bus person experience preferred.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.
