COMPANY HOUSING PROVIDED! - The Shield Co. Marketing / EcoShield Pest Solutions is one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the country! Simply stated, we provide comprehensive solutions for pest-free living, but our purpose is to spread happiness. We accomplish that by delivering above and beyond experiences, not only to our customers but also to our employees, partners, and communities, who we consider family.

Our Sales and Marketing division focuses on, among other things, residential, door-to-door new client acquisition. Our extensive and proven training program combined with our competitive-spirit culture allows candidates with no sales experience to generate hundreds of thousands in sales revenue in just four (4) short months!

Top performers (top 20%) are placed into an immersive and comprehensive eight (8) month Management Development Program (MDP) to teach them how to run their own marketing programs and/or run their own business. Our MDP can be attended remotely, which is great for those who are also full-time students! On-site presence is requested once a month for company-sponsored retreats in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Orange County, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, to name a few.

For this role, we offer:

Earning for this role is production based. Our average first-year contractor earns around $7K per month! Experienced contractors earn on average around $17K per month. Last summer, the top first-year contractor made over $250K in four (4) months.

We have and foster a competitive spirit here at EcoShield Pest Solutions, and every day during the Summer Sales season there is a competition. Last year’s prizes included:

  • Apple watches
  • MacBooks
  • Electric skateboards
  • Golf bags
  • And much more!

At the end of the Summer Sales season, our Top 10 first-year reps win a trip to Cabo for a deep-sea fishing trip, and our Top 10 Overall reps win a trip to Hawaii. Also, our entire sales workforce goes on a Company-sponsored cruise every year (location to be determined).

What will I be doing in this position?

We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

Summer Sales Representatives are expected to work hard every day, show up with a positive attitude, and treat our customers with loyalty and respect. This position is demanding and our interest lies in candidates that have the work ethic, ambition, competitive spirit, and character to succeed. You will have access to our curated library of sales training videos, 1-on-1 training with some of the top salesmen in the country and will learn valuable skills that will benefit you for life!

  • Show up every day to meet & interact with potential customers in the designated territory
  • Become an expert on our products & services through our extensive training program
  • Attend morning and evening sales training meetings
  • Report to your manager regarding efforts in the field
  • Keep a positive attitude, assisting in boosting the morale of the team
