Summer Paraprofessional Aide

SUMMER PROGRAM: INSTRUCTIONAL AIDES and EDUCATIONAL INSTRUCTORS - SPECIAL EDUCATION

Instructional Aides needed to needed to work in a City Summer Camp Program for kids who present with emotional and behavioral difficulties. We provide a creative program in a highly structured and supportive atmosphere for ages 6 to 12. Work with well-trained teams in a positive camp environment.
Good experience for future psychologists, social workers and special education teachers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent with Para assessment test completed.

A two year degree or credits towards a Bachelor's,

Position Length: June 2024 - August 2024 (+ day of orientation), Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
