Responsibilities: - Curate and Organize Corporate Records: Ensure the meticulous upkeep of essential corporate records and take charge of overseeing the documentation of our legal entities.
- Facilitate Regulatory Compliance: Champion the cause of regulatory adherence by not only assisting in filing and reporting but also by enhancing the efficiency of sharing corporate legal insights.
- Conduct In-Depth Legal and Factual Research: Dive deep into the legal realm when required, delving into thorough research.
- Revamp and Streamline Processes: Harness your innovation to revamp and refine our existing procedures for the management and reporting of crucial legal and regulatory data.

- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Sophomore year or later, or graduate/Ph.D. program at an accredited institution taking at least one class in the semester before the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
