POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Summer Intern to support our Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives. The intern will develop a general understanding of PMO roles and responsibilities regarding our project structure and governance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with our Head of Project Management on current projects.
• Review current PMO Resources.
• Meet with business units to understand the usage, feedback, and pain points of current processes.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Ensure project requirements, standards, and documentation are followed.
• Proactively communicate with sponsors, team, and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project.
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Assist with reporting on the project status and health.
• Assist with identifying, managing, and resolving project risks and issues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A Junior enrolled in a four-year or five-year undergraduate program in the graduating class of 2026 is preferred.
• A strong interest in Project Management as a career is preferred.
• B.A. program or related field.
• Strong interest in technology
