POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Summer Intern to support our Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives. The intern will develop a general understanding of PMO roles and responsibilities regarding our project structure and governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with our Head of Project Management on current projects.
- Review current PMO Resources.
- Meet with business units to understand the usage, feedback, and pain points of current processes.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Ensure project requirements, standards, and documentation are followed.
- Proactively communicate with sponsors, team, and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Assist with reporting on the project status and health.
- Assist with identifying, managing, and resolving project risks and issues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A Junior enrolled in a four-year or five-year undergraduate program in the graduating class of 2026 is preferred.
- A strong interest in Project Management as a career is preferred.
- B.A. program or related field.
- Strong interest in technology
