•Assemble components to meet production rate
•Follow LEAN methods including standard work and 1-piece flow
•Ability to read and understand blueprints, bills of material, ship orders, parts numbers, parts lists, and defect charts to build a quality product
•Must be able to understand quality standards and gauging.
•Ability to comprehend safety instructions.
•Ability to visually match parts and discern colors for assembly of product with color coded part numbers.
•Uses computer system to report completion of work orders
*Pay is $13/hr Monday-Thursday. Flexible hours, 32-40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Worked in a team environment
- Stand 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs; & 30lbs aided
- Be able to handle torque wrenches, various assembly tools, and parts
