Summer Grounds Helper

Responsibilities:

-Operates riding or push lawn mowers to mow grass.

- Operates tractor with brush hog.

- Drives pickup truck with equipment trailer. Must be able to load, unload, bind, and secure equipment.

-Operates chain saw, weed whacker, and other grounds keeping related equipment.

-Performs grounds maintenance by removing and disposing of weeds, branches, trash, ect.

-Safely operates company vehicle to pick up mulch and other supplies.

-Moves and distributes mulch.

-Rake, blow, and remove leaves and cutting.

-Ensure grounds keeping machinery and tools are kept in good working order. Arrage for repairs or replacement of equipment through supervisor as needed.

-Replace light bulbs.

-Cleans windows and assists with pressure washing of buildings as directed.

- Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.

-Completes other grounds keeping tasks as directed.

This is a Part-Time, Seasonal position expected to run from April-November. We are anticipating around 30 hours per week depending on workload.

Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping required.
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping work.

Requirements:

-Must have a valid PA Driver's License.

-Must be able to pass a background test and a drug test.

Note: This is a summer position with a focus on outdoor activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
