Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

The Role
As a Summer Camp Teacher, you'll be the heart and soul of our camp, creating a magical summer for our kids. You will:
- Lead Fun & Engaging Activities: Design and implement exciting lesson plans that blend learning, creativity, and physical activity. Plan a mix of indoor and outdoor experiences.
- Create a Positive & Inclusive Camp Atmosphere: Build a community where all campers feel welcome, safe, and valued. Promote positive interactions, teamwork, and respect.
- Be a Role Model: Demonstrate enthusiasm, kindness, and a love for learning that inspires campers of all ages.
- Supervise and Ensure Safety: Actively monitor campers to maintain a safe and secure environment, responding to any needs or concerns.
- Collaborate with Fellow Teachers: Team up with other Summer Camp Teachers to share ideas, plan large-scale activities, and ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
- Experience with School-Aged Children: Experience in childcare, teaching, after-school programs, or other camp settings with children.
- Educational Background:
- Pursuing a degree in Education or a related field strongly preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Energy, Creativity, & Adaptability: Bring enthusiasm, a playful spirit, and the ability to think on your feet to create memorable camp experiences.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Manage activity schedules, materials, and transitions with efficiency.
