Description
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
• Analyze finished products for quality specifications.
• Learn quality programs including sanitation, risk assessments, allergen validations, and environmental monitoring.
• Learn equipment calibration.
• Identify a project for continuous improvement within the facility.
Requirements
The qualified candidate will be a sophomore or junior in the fall of 2024 with a degree focus in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety or related fields.
