We are seeking an Intern to join our Information Technology team for our Summer 2024 Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the IT field while working on innovative technology projects. The Intern will report to business-focused IT Directors and will spend much time shadowing the Chief Information Officer. In this role, the IT Intern will learn about the strategic direction of the IT department and Greystone.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in AI, RPA, ML, IPA, and other innovative technology projects by attending meetings and conducting stakeholder interviews.
- Document requirements from product owners/ business leads.
- Translate client requirements into analytical specifications for the implementation of technology solutions.
- Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions.
- Work with clients using an agreed methodology to ensure proper translation of business requirements to solution requirements.
- Develop communications and presentation decks centered around technology solutions.
- Work in Agile, collaborative environments.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives, as assigned.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with an interest in Commercial Real Estate and Technology.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with presentation management software.
