Summer 2023 Intern - Performance Measurement Reporting

Job Summary

The Intern will provide operation and analytic support to the Performance Reporting team. The primary responsibilities will be collecting and maintaining client electronic custodial and investment statements and investment manager compliance spreadsheets. The Intern must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple and diverse assignments simultaneously.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Performance Reporting team.
• Collect and file critical client information including custodial statements, investment manager reports/data, investment policy statements, contracts, correspondence, contact information, etc.
• Distribute, collect, and maintain investment manager compliance spreadsheet.
• Upload holdings and fixed income portfolio characteristics into reporting system.
• Coordinate the printing, distribution, and shipping of client reports.
• Participate on special projects as requested and assigned.

Qualifications

• Working on a degree from an accredited university (Finance and Math majors preferred).
• PC proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
• Organized self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively.

Details

• Approximately 40 hours per week (up to 320 hours) during normal business hours of 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. Specific work schedule can be flexible to accommodate individual's schedule.
• Role is based out of corporate office in Winter Park, FL; remote flexibility may be available.
• Internship will generally run from mid-June through late August. Specific dates are negotiable.
• This is an hourly non-exempt role with no benefits.
