Job Duties : advising customer executives to accelerate and expand business value realized from their investment with Salesforce. Mapping customers’ targeted business outcomes to recommended Salesforce capabilities, programs, resources, and best practices that align with achieving their goals. Undertake analysis of Salesforce' own instance to uncover data points that indicate a relevant metric for a customer to address. Discuss various use cases with each customer and identify any methods to improve or extend these with Salesforce and its suite of applications. Engage in problem-solving and provide specific instructions for optimizing a customers' use of Salesforce and their specific implementation. Research collateral that is specific to a key feature or function that a customer has targeted for adoption and communicates this to various stakeholders. Discuss key areas that can improve the way that Salesforce is operating for customers. Gather business critical data from customers and advise internal teams in sales, product and marketing to assist respective divisions with their strategy. Discuss potential improvements that product teams can provide to customers to maximize the value they derive from products. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Employer will accept a three (3) or four (4) year degree.
Minimum Requirements : Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of success engagement/product education or two (2) years of experience in the job offered.
Special Skill Requirements : (1) Executive Engagement and Presenting; (2) Customer Consulting to Grow Salesforce Revenue; (3) Sales Cloud; (4) Service Cloud; (5) Lightning Platform; (6) Salesforce System Administration; (7) Apex Programming; (8) Heroku; (9) Visualforce and (10) SOQL. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Employer will accept a three (3) or four (4) year degree.
