The SUBWAY® - Manager performs and directs the day-to-day operations of restaurant management to include; training and development of team members, ensuring food safety, food preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. The SUBWAY® Manager oversees overall inventory, productions, safety, sales, and maintains the successful delivery of Snappy’s legendary convenience guest services as per company standards.

The following are essential functions of the job:
1. Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to customer inquiries and needs.
2. Demonstrates the desired behavior for staff, including; handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, and customer follow ups.
3. Assist in the hiring needs of the business, actively recruit, onboards, disciplines/rewards, and terminates staff as needed.
4. Enforces all company policies and procedures including; health, safety, and security.
5. Prioritizes, plans, and adjust schedules as necessary to maximize sales and profitability,
6. Directs staff to ensure that all local and national health and food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
7. Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, pricing, signage, and displayed in a timely manner.
8. Completes University of SUBWAY® courses as directed.
9. Control expense; budget, labor, inventory, shrink.
10. Ensure Monthly Food Quality Inspections as pass.
11. Ensure store clerks and shift supervisors are maintaining housekeeping and maintenance requirements and are assisting in providing guest service, housekeeping, display maintenance and replenishing merchandise as needed.
