The JCSD offers an incentive program for our Substitute Classroom Associates during the 2023-24 school year. Those serving as a substitute for our special education, severe & profound, and/or building associates that work 25-99 days throughout the 2023-24 school year will earn an additional $4 per day, and those that sub for 100 days or more will earn a $500 bonus. These days do not have to be consecutive. The bonus will be paid at the end of the fiscal year.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and physical examination / lift test will be required prior to start.
