Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant Instructor

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive and engaging classroom instruction for students pursuing certification as Medical Assistants.
2. Develop and deliver curriculum in accordance with industry standards, ensuring a well-rounded education for students.
3. Instruct students on various Medical Assistant skills, including clinical procedures, administrative tasks, and patient care.
4. Organize and supervise hands-on training sessions, providing guidance and feedback to enhance student learning and proficiency.
5. Stay updated on current medical practices, regulations, and technology relevant to medical assisting, incorporating this knowledge into instruction.
6. Create and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and skill mastery.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
8. Provide mentorship and support to students, offering guidance on career development and professional conduct.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of industry changes and educational best practices.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) experience required
Previous teaching or training experience, especially in a medical education setting.
Strong knowledge of Medical Assistant principles, procedures, and regulations.
Phlebotomy experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage diverse tasks.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
