Substance Use Recovery Supervisor

The Substance Use Recovery Supervisor directly supervises assigned staff including Therapists and Integrated Health Specialists and the delivery of addiction services, outpatient and community-based.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides supervision, guidance and monitoring to Outpatient Therapists and Integrated Health Specialists in designated offices regarding Addiction Services programming, policies and procedures
• Ensures appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records according to policy
• Participates in meetings and supervision as required
• Assures Integrated Health Specialists provide direct assistance to the client in order to access, locate and arrange culturally competent services and resources needed to address the desired outcomes and the unique cultural needs of the client
• Assures collaboration with Integrated Health Specialists and other agencies involved with the client to provide best outcomes
• Monitor service plan delivery to consistently reassess the client's status, service choices available, overall community functions, strengths, preference, needs and progress toward goals
• Collaborate with Addiction Services Director to maintain quality and continuity of services as well as manage staff operations to ensure safety of consumers and provide clinical guidance on all consumer treatment issues
  
• Bachelor's degree in a human service related field required
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Therapy or related field preferred
  Successful completion of a practicum or at least one year of experience under the supervision of a qualified mental health professional preferred

• QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) or QAP (Qualified Addiction Professional)

• LPC
