NaphCare is hiring an experienced Part-TimeSubstance Use Disorder Case Manager to join our team at the Mesa County Jail in Grand Junction, CO. Pay rates range from $27.00-$34.00 per hour based on type of license, certification, Shift, FT, PRN, temporary contract, site needs, licensure, and experience.

Position Description:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and group/individualized treatment within a collaborative team for offenders with Substance Use Disorders and/or co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as transition case management services
  • Documentation and data entry.
  • Qualified candidates hold a Substance Use Disorder provider license and is in good standing with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
  • Minimum qualification: Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS)
  • Preferred qualification: Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with experience in a mental health setting (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred, but not required).
  • Unrestricted professional license in Colorado
  • Supervision toward LAC hours is available on-site.
