- Conduct sessions as scheduled by Program Director
- Process admissions on new participants
- Conduct Assessment and Treatment Planning sessions for participants
- Assist participants with all case management needs (legal docs, employment, etc.)
- Document all sessions
- Communicate any concerns about participants to Program Director
- Participate in Case Review
Qualifications:
- Registration / Certification Substance Abuse Counselor (CCAPP, CAADE, CADTP)
- Current TB test, Health Screening Report, CPR/First Aid Cert.
- Must pass FBI/DOJ live scan background check
