Position:Sublimation Operator
A Sublimation Operator is responsible for operating sublimation printers, cutters and heaters to transfer designs to products for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:*

• Review designs completed by Sublimation Designer and upload them to printer software
• Operate printer to print transfer paper
• Operate cutting machine to cut transfer paper
• Prepare products for sublimation by applying transfer paper
• Apply heat to prepared product using appropriate machine
• Remove transfer paper and quality check product before sending for packaging
• Assist with packaging as needed
• Assist with designing as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures to safely operate machinery
• Ability to use computers and software to operate machines

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
