Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children in accordance with the curriculum guidelines - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere - Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment - Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents or guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to plan and coordinate activities - Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Strong understanding of early childhood education techniques and strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Proficiency in math, physical education, and other relevant subjects - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Ability to pass a background check We offer competitive pay, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
