Job Summary
We are seeking aSub & Salad Line Cook to join the team in our new location in Tewksbury. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years kitchen experience, can work efficiently, and is committed to customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Set up & breakdown of station depending on shift
• Work station cleanliness
• Prepare food and present to required standard
• Ability to take direction and work well with team
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification (not required)
• Punctual & reliable
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time
