About us
We are a high-end, custom rug company which creates one-of-a-kind rugs for the Interior Design market. We currently have a tight knit and dedicated team which is committed to artful craftsmanship and satisfying clients. We weave the rugs in Bellingham and ship them to clients all over the US and to New Zealand.
Project Management
· Manage weavers as necessary, ensuring production is running on schedule.
· Receive purchase orders, set up new projects and track through completion.
· Maintain and document quality control.
· Create cost reports and management of cost.
Office Management
· Managing day-to-day operations of the studio (Ordering supplies and following up on vendors)
· Recommending and implementing improved office processes.
· Samples management; labeling and shipping samples, tracking and logging sample activity.
Client Liaison
· This role entails contact with our sales reps and customer base.
· Responsible to field and track all incoming inquiries.
· Communicating order status with clients, send invoices and tracking information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
