Salary- Maintains accurate records of student attendance
- Responsible for sending out student records when there are transfers and receiving student records when students transfer into the district
- Print class, and bus lists, and any other reports deemed necessary
- Serve as a receptionist receiving telephone calls and guests to the school and directing them to the correct people and places
- Assist with processing correspondence, student information, filing, distribution and collection of materials
- Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with students, staff, administration, families and community
- Present a positive image of the school and a welcoming demeanor
- High School Diploma
- Strong secretarial skills, including typing, filing, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of computers, necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion in performing duties
- Ability to speak a foreign language is preferred
