ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform data entry functions as required for the Transportation Student Safety and Support division.
2. Prepare letter, memos and/or requested reports.
3. Review, edit, and submit written documentation regarding student behavior.
4. Use multiple software applications including Microsoft Office, email, calendar, and transportation department software.
5. Compile student discipline data as needed for reporting purposes, including communicating the data with transportation area directors and campus administration.
6. Analyze student conduct data, with the ability to show trends and make informed recommendations and decisions.
7. Maintain databases (including discipline management system) and records, and process incoming correspondence.
8. Ensure all campus administrators and transportation staff have access to and are trained in the student conduct software.
9. Schedule, plan, and communicate departmental trainings pertaining to Student Safety and Support, including but not limited to annual trainings, new-hire trainings, and re-trainings as necessary.
10.Manage all schedules for trainings and meetings for the Transportation Student Safety and Support division.
11.Create visually appealing and informative presentations using technology, including, but not limited to, Canva and PowerPoint.
12.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of constituents.
13.Learn quickly and adapt to change.
14.Handle multiple tasks at once, respond to numerous requests for information, dealing with interruptions, and prioritizing job tasks.
15.Ability to positively interact and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with parents, campus personnel, department personnel, and law enforcement in accordance with established policies, guidelines and procedures.
16.Serve as the campus contact for transportation software.
17.Maintain confidentiality of information.
18.Perform other duties as assigned.
