The internship goal is to provide professional learning experience related to the student's field of study by assisting the IT Services Department staff on various tasks.

Sample Task Assignments:
Software updates.
User support with Help Desk.
Hardware inventory.
Media sanitization and disposal.
Data entry.
Troubleshoot hardware issues.
Troubleshoot software issues.
Collaboration with various IT teams, including:

• Applications
