JOB SUMMARY: Supports the department by completing daily tasks and assigned projects. Provides excellent customer service and promotes teamwork.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: n/a

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Performs a variety of general office activities to support the department.

2. Organizes work activities to ensure completion on time.

3. Processes incoming/outgoing mail.

4. Creates and maintains accurate filing/record system. 5. Resolves problems to improve customer service.
