Form of workStudent Collections Coordinator (Hybrid Workplace)We are immediately hiring for a Student Collections Coordinator within our Accounting Department. If your background includes collections, billing, data processing, administrative experience and you have excellent customer service skills, please apply!
Responsibilities:.
- Maintain files and documentation to include contact modifications, payment terms and special collection requirements including assessing the cause of delay.
- Process the appropriate filings to accelerate the collection process.
- Generate balance/credit statements, issue refund checks regarding duplicate payments and enter adjustment entries as necessary
- Assign cases and submit claims to the appropriate entities when in-house efforts to collect are unsuccessful.
