We are currently hiring for a Structured Day Staff Pin our Buffalo Area! As a Structure Day Staff at Venture Forthe, you will be responsible for the following:
Structured Day program staff assist in planning, organizing, directing therapeutic exercise and recreation programs to include such activities as games, music, arts and crafts, gardening, parties, excursions, special events and cultural activities, both on site and in the community. Staff are responsible for helping create a safe, clean and enjoyable atmosphere for clients that are elderly or disabled to live their best lives by socializing in their community and maintaining their independence.
Minimum Qualifications Include:
-Personal Care Aide Certification (Don't have a Certification? No Problem, we provide all the training you need, free of charge)
- At least 18 years of age.
- Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
- Ability to carry out verbal and written directions.
- Completion of criminal history record check.
